Time to face reality. The economy is not going to turn around dramatically. Tough decisions and cuts are necessary. Time to cut daily hours and close on Sundays as well as reduce staff or hours worked. Borrow $700,000 now and maybe another $700,000 next year. Where will it end? Time for the library to live within in means !!!!!!
