Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a physical regimen . Prevention is better than cure. That's where Yoga comes. The sooner ,you start more benefits you get. You will live up to 125 taking out the junk food or abuse of your body you caused knowingly or unknowingly. No will never get ill.

I tend to view yoga as less religious and more spiritual. It's a peaceful meditation exercise that benefits mind, soul, and body. I can definitely see the benefits of incorporating it into a school setting.
