I wonder how many DUI's she's had since she got her license? Repeat offenders just get a smack on the wrist and then they are off to the bars again for round number 5,6, 7.... It isn't until they kill someone does the system raise an eyebrow.

The breathalyser test from the first stop was in the cops pants.

FYI-it takes 6 arrest for driving on a suspended license before you do jail time. I love PA.

I love knowing there are people out there like her on the road just waiting to kill me or a loved one. I think if you have even one DUI you should never be allowed to drive again, case closed. Nothing is ever done with these losers until they kill someone, and even then it's too late and never good enough of a punishment.

Pickle juice...i dont believe in drunk driving either. I have numerous friends who have been killed. But I dont agree with u on the one dui and youre done..i know someone who got a dui for having 2 glasses of wine at a bridal shower...thats just ridiculous. Being .01 over the legal limit!?

It's like everything else in this country. People say they want to stop drunk driving or drug use or domestic violence, but when it comes to taking serious measures against the offenders then we get the bedwetters crying that it's too severe or you can't lock them up forever, etc. You don't want drunk drivers? Then lock them up for ten years. You don't want drug dealers? Then execute them. You don't wan't guys beatin' on their wives/girlfriends? Put them away for life. But people just chuckle and say well you can't do that. Yeah, well then we have to just put up with the problems.

Drinking, then getting behind the wheel of a vehicle is no different than loading a gun, then walking down a crowded street while blindfolded, randomly shooting. As far as I'm concerned, both are premeditated murder. Whether you kill someone with a gun or a car, you're still a MURDERER. If you CHOOSE to negligently handle a deadly weapon (which is what an inattentive driver is doing), you have CHOSEN to disregard the lives of others. You are a worthless POS and society should not have to spend a penny supporting your uselss existence in prison. So how do we hold MURDERES (whether drunk drivers or shooters) accountable? Death penalty for both, baby!

@Pickle is Right:
Execute drug dealers?
Why would you want to kill Rite-aid, cvs ,etc workers or cig & alcohol sellers? Oh, you mean drug dealers that don't give the government a % of their sales? Ok, on that I agree.

Just not all drug dealers , only the ones that don't deal for the government. Giving 5yr olds Ritalin , etc. is perfectly fine.

On the woman -
Not justifying drunk drivers , but where is the victim? Did she hit some one or damage their property?

Could she have? Yes!
Anyone could have done anything , so with that logic, everyone should be locked up to prevent crime.

As everyone knows, Hanover is known as ROUGE's Harbor. At least it was just after the Civil War between the States, in 1862-1865 or there about.
