I wouldn't give the car companies a dime. They are where they are by folding to the greedy unions. The ones who confiscate worker's money to give to the commies. They demand more money and less work and quality. Why pay someone 6 figures for putting on the same damned lug nut all day. That is SUB minimum wage. Because of that we produce plastic CRAP that breaks after 2 miles and we don't honor the warranty. I will NEVER buy an American car ever again. I tried for years and got tired of the lemons and dishonored warranties. I do NOT have that problem with German cars. I make sure they are made 100% outside of the USA. I do not buy repair parts made in the USA. I look for union labels just to make sure I DO NOT buy them. Let the unions die, they are responsible along with the commies for the economy with their false controls on a free market. Let the car companies go tits up in the ditch. Besides, I am sure obammy and his commie friends will pay EVERYONE's mortgage, healthcare, and all those other things he promised.
Sounds like you are the commie buying outside the US. You are the reason we are in this crap hole!!!

Where did all the good guys go? When Steve Esman (GM) and Jack Stewart(HR) were leading the team at Marada the plant was working well together. As different ones left, it was no time before the plant went "down hill" and is now closing their doors. So long to the good old days and the good guys! There was a time...long ago...when you felt good about going to work and you liked the people you worked for and with!

How's Magna/Cosma doing at KAMTEK in Birmingham, AL? Have they honored their committment to the people since the change?

Is there any one out there that thinks that Magna/Cosma deals with their employees honestly and fairly? Does any of their management go home feeling good about the way they treat their people? Does anyone in Magna/Cosma management think people are of value? When people are too afraid to call the "hot line" when their managment is corrupt it's a pretty good sign the system IS NOT working. It's a pretty good sign that something's fishy when they "down size" the honest person and keep the ones doing the cover-up!!!

You must be joking asking such questions. We all know in the Magna family and everywhere else for that matter some are more equal than others. Good luck my friend.

Does anyone know how things are at the eagle bend plant in Clinton, tn. Good or bad. I hear that they just expanded another 30000 square feet and were looking to hire 150. I also heard they did a random drug test on 100 employees and 42 ended up being fired fom the results.

I beleive Steve Esman is a pre closer for Magna. It may look as though things are going great with him but, beware he was at Marada it closed. Then went to Montezuma slimmed it down and made sure it was ready to close. It's looking like it has about a year to go.

We at Lexamar are curious as to why mangement hasn't told us at our monthly employee meetings, as to why they never state we have made a profit or loss. We are amazed thus far! If this tactical ploy by the management to not frustrate people too much! It's working! Moral has improved in the past few months.
