1,400-bed federal prison near Aliceville gets agency OK

These 350 jobs are going to be a lifesaver. Construction could begin this summer or fall on a 1,400-inmate federal prison near Aliceville in rural west Alabama that is expected to employ more than 300 people. via Alabama Live

I can't see 300 workers from that area who would actually work. I doubt they can find that many that can pass the drug test and background check.
