the Federal trial of Shawn Chambers Galis begins tomorrow, Sept 8 2010 in Harrisburg. Hopefully by the weekend everyone will be celebrating one less criminal out there stealing from good people, and those of us whose lives have been impacted by her sick sense of entitlement and greed, can finally move past it

Shawn Chambers Galis is set to be sentenced, finally, monday, April 25th in courtroom 1 at the Federal Court house, 10 am. Since Bill Donivan, the witness she terrorized and harrassed , and stressed to his ultimate two heart attacks and death, can not be there, we ask that anyone and everyone involved in this case please come out and show your support for him.
Unlike many others who have backed down from her in the past, after she has stolen from them, he did not, and he paid that price. If anyone can get in touch with those from her past at her other "work" places, please let them know as well. SHe put those poor people through hell and their families, all for her sick sense of enitilement to $. I'm sure her Jaguar and Louis V purses will do her well in jail.

As usual, Shawn played the system and got sentencing postponed. She makes such a mockery of it, but they allow it. As of right now she is set to be sentenced May 24th, 9:30 coutroom 1 with Judge Caldwell, at the Federal Courthouse in Harrisburg. However, do not be surprised if it is delayed again. She is back to harrassing all the witnessess again, so expect her to try another month long delay so she can continue to go after them. Anyone who can make it is encouraged to do so to show support for those who finally took a stand against her and are still paying for it.

I just spoke to the court clerk in Harrisburg and our girlfriend IS scheduled for sentencing on Tues.
at 9:30 with Judge Caldwell. She advised me to call back on Monday to make sure it has not been rescheduled. If it is a go for Tuesday I will surely be there laughing my ass off. I hope they take her away in handcuffs. Ha ha ha I can't wait.

Shawn Chambers Galis has been sentenced to the max, 57 months in prison with restitution on the amount of $285,000+ to be paid back to the insurance underwriters who had to cover all the bad checks that came from Donegal Settlement as a result of Shawn Chambers Galis stealing and laundering of company and client funds. When given the chance to speak, she only apologized to the judge for having to be there today....there was no remorse for all the people who went through hell dealing with bounced checks and unpaid mortgages, and unfiled deeds. It was brought up by the judge that she has a long history of stealing as evidenced by her theft of over $20,000 from her own sister and that real estate company, and over $2,000 from the charity JUST which had been founded to support family members of victims of crime. Hopefully, in prison, this sociopath like career criminal can get the counseling she needs. Although true sociopaths can seldom, ever, live a normal life. She was also found to have lied on the stand and committed perjury along with obstruction of justice, so I have to ask, where are all of the Shawn Chambers Galis supporters now?

I just got home from our girlfriend's sentencing hearing.(after driving 4 hours up & 4 hours back) 5 years wasn't enough but oh well it is 5 years behind bars!!!!! Have fun Shawn... And I would also like to thank all of the supporters who showed up today. HA - you people are all talk..

Well she only had one family member there with her today, Drew as he is known. To bad she did not selectively give that one up to. He might have learned to spell and write his name. I wonder who will tell Drew his name every morning when he wakes up. She accommpolished her goal, keep him dumb and dependant on her so at least she had one with her. It was a little said to see Shannon by herself but she probably knew her father was looking over her shoulder.
