Just how many discount coupons do we have to sell to preserve an acre of land? It sounds a little like setting up a lemonade stand to build highways. Save the land now, and we'll save in taxes later (no demand for roads, schools etc.)

Beware those who propose change, can you say Obama. How about East Berlin? Your low taxes now may turn into high taxes in the future.
