How do they judge what is too loud? How close to the building do they take their measurements? Do they actually take any measurements? Most places you go by you can hear the music to some extent outside.

Then everybar with outside speakers should be cited. From the reports on YDR, this is happening more and more recently. Are they that hurt up for money to fine someone because you can here their music outside? I have never been to this golf course but I'm assuming like most the club house is nowhere near any houses.

Possibly THOSE sixty-one (61) ministers should sign a petition to ban all bars/loud music, like they want the CASINO BANNED!!! Ah, can anyone hear the choir singing outside a church. Well maybe someone works third shift and is trying to sleep on Sunday morning. I make that comparison so no one jumps me on that. What's the difference. If THEY are so hard up for money, fine the churches as well. Now that would stir up the crazies!!!

Perhaps Heritage Hills will take note, and stop assailing their neighbors with Kool and the Gang's Celebrate, blasting from the wedding pavilion.

Actually, this clubhouse is fairly close to the on course houses. I am sure that is the problem. Everyone who lives on that course is ticked that they paid 8 or 900K for a house that is now only worth maybe 600K. The course is vary nice though, everyone should play it at least once, great design, very challenging..bring a co-signer for greens fees and cart on the weekend

Hey, just sit on your quiet back porch and read your Bible! Besides, shut the hell up!
And do not even attempt to smile, your face may crack; it looks bad enough already. lol...

Can't really tell you how loud the music was, George. Couldn't hear it, as it was drowned out by the organ at choir practice next door to me! lol...

HOWDY PARTNERS!!Well, I see Pa. is alot "stricter" than I thought. Saddle up and trailblaze all music lovers to Colorado. On the avenue, we "wine and dine" on restaurant patios and saloon patio decks.Accompanied by local bands, jazz is big here. The bands play till twelve on any given night. It's really "cool" to walk from your home, to a cafe nearby, and get into the groove of great music.I am a pioneer from Pa,but my "free spirit" soars here.ROCK ON

Stupid and ridiculous. Doesn't anyone realize that the 1.7 million tourists that we get every year cause alot more noise pollution that any bar ever could?
