I have a sister who well lets say is a drug user and has lots of problems.. She recently moved to hood river and stopped talking to her family.She has contacted a friend and said she was kidnapped and rapped and gave a name wich the guy is in the jail down there i checked on the website. The problem i have before i go crazy hear is thatif she was kidnapped rapped and escaped after 15 days of being held. Wouldnt that make the news some how. So do i try to help a sister who has stolen from her family and others has a huge drug problem and goes out of her way to hide from us after hearing this story do i look into helping her or no???? couple different ? so any input
