I would imagine that BP has a lot of issues, not all necessarily with the public or the press & in defense of the innuendos leveled at her mother wanted to unload her anger. To say more would not get the last word in & undoubtedly feels that it's no one's business. At this point she may feel that she would just be supplying fodder to feed the vultures.
