Court-ordered trailer park again before officials

Huntington Township's planning commission is expected to review a proposal Wednesday for a 273-unit mobile-home park.

If these developers want to build this trailer park, I feel that they should be required to live in their handiwork for the next ten years. All that they are doing is business as usual for for Mumma. Get in - do it as cheaply as possibly - then leave - take the money - run and not take care of what you did! Where will he be when the wetlands get messed up ? OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE !!! It's already too late !

Hey! You trailer park developers ought to come down to West Manheime Township, where our so-called leaders will probably figure out a way for you to build some of that trailer trash in amongst decent people.

That would be nice if the people that build these trailer parks and place the homes would be made to live in them for at least 5 yrs.
Having lived in one for 7 yrs, I found out just how sadly they are made. And the cheapest appliances are placed in them as well. It cost me at least $2000.00 a year in repairs to major things within that house.
Perhaps a new trailer park is not needed. And buyer beware when you buy any of those manufactured homes, it may seem like a real deal and steal until you are in the home and find out all the additional expenses that stack on. Lot rent, property taxes in addition to the cost of repairs that will come along. Not a bargain at all!
Oh and one last thing, the leases you sign have so many stipulations on how you live and what you can do within their parks, it is easier to just rent an apartment and save extra cash for the purchase of a home that is stick built.

i ams a 100 purcent trailer living feller. and we's treat our homes like we's treat ours women! i's din it say trucks because we's love our trucks. you'all think they's let me move my 1979 moble house to these's new park. i's love da con'try. my paw always said a man with a mobile house is a man's with a mobile mansion. i miss you paw. also you's think they let'em me fly my rebel flag outside my's mobile mansion. ya'll stay warm this win'ter, i's already duct taped my windows on my house. p.s my's mobile mansion is stick and brick builtin'. sure the bricks do support it off the wheel and the stick'a levelin' it out. heeeeyaa
