Kudos to the two neighbors in this police log that stopped crimes. If we'd all watch out for our neighbors, there'd be less crime.

Prince St. at 1 a.m. Saturday and used it to smash the windshield of a vehicle belonging to Peter Reider, 22, of Shippensburg.

That kid had NO chance. Even if his last name was pronounced (RYE-der), he was toast as far as getting teased and bullied goes.

Wow! That's as bad as a teacher I had... Harry Dyke. His family name was origially Van Dyke until his genious great-grandfather elected to change it. He routinely sent kids to the office for using his first and last name together in class.
