Go back to your hole creature--- it is a nice place with nice folks. Why slam a community. You feel shut out or what?

I agree Balm, Westland Farm, Runneymede, Autumn Woods are all great places to be/live! Thanks for sticking up for us.

Hey I know people who live in Westland Farm and they love it...they always talk what great neighbors they have and how much they are enjoying their home! Couple of my friends have been living there for over 5 years!!

Happy for you ditto. As long as you plan on staying in Westland Farm for many years you should be ok. However, I would watch what kind of development they try and stick in those vacant acres next to you. If they put in more starter homes, the value of your property will go down even more.

Welcome to the Holly.

Charles, since you are so freaking smart, what happens to your property value if they build an Adam and Eve store next door to your home? And for a follow up question, would you even care? After all, it's an Adam and Eve store!

I don't think Westland Farm is zoned for an Adam and Eve. However, knowing how the place got built, wouldn't be surprised if you see one in the near future.

Brainy,

Do you live in Westland Farms, if so, are there any HOA fees? If so, how much?

Also, any foreclosures in Westland Farms?

Nic, do I look like a real estate agent? Westland Farms is small on my radar compared to Dixon Heights, for example.

The property used to be the Currence Farm. The elder Currence died and left it to his son, I believe. Scott Farmer, the realtor bought it from Jimmy Currence and turned it into what it is today.
Something special..........
I think you are right.

Recycle is a moron. Westland Farm is one of the few areas of Mt Holly that is appreciating in value. Maybe he can someday find a life beyond creeping on Scott Farmer. If he wanted it to remain a pasture he should have bought it. Instead he just complains for years about the glory days of sniffing manure in the summer sun.....summer sun....moron.....rhymes and has a nice ring don't it?! Westland Farm is a nice community with nice folks. Thank goodness I haven't met an ingrate like you.
