Does veteran's suicide disqualify SGLI payment to his family?

Had someone ask about this and I don't think I've ever heard it discussed. I like facts and references instead of hearsay, but I couldn't get a clear answer from the VA (shocking, I know). So, anyone?

If u read the VA's SGLI information on their website it will tell you SGLI is a NO EXCLUSION policy...meaning among other things there is no suicide exclusion; SGLI is definitely supposed to pay out in that event

according to the VA, SGLI can only be forfeited if the service member commits treason, mutiny, desertion, or refuses to wear the uniform due to conscientious objection...or of course if they don't pay their monthly
