Can anyone shed any light, no pun intended, on those strands of blue lights that are haphazardly hung in the trees downtown?

Is this a Halloween thing, April Fool's, or what?

Thanks for the info.

I think the blue lights were some sort of fundraiser for one of the associations in town. Nothing wrong with putting lights in trees, but those blue lights are very depressing, some nice C7 clear lights would look much better. So what if they cost a little more on the electricity. Would brighten up the downtown, those streetlights do not put out enough light.

If you are going to do something, do it right.

Solar Power..not electricity. It is a fundraiser for Mount HollyDays. You could buy lights in honor of a family member or just because.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Virgo

Unfortunately, this looks like being another difficult day, and, as Mars turns retrograde, certain people are quick to take offence or raise their voices. Make sure you aren't adding to the tension by doing or saying something that's provocative or even downright insulting. If you get involved in a shouting match it will be difficult to stop and you could say some nasty things in the heat of the moment.
