the smell of gasoline was very strong around my apartment yesterday. i'd advise against bringing your zippo around -- you might blow yourself up.

I hope you have a locking gas cap, that means someone is stealing gas, you'll probably find a gas siphon in the area and a bucket, a really bad place for gas siphoning in delaware st. is the area around west side by natural bridges and delaware and swift block areas, the highway 1 crowd runs out of gas. if you ride a bike you get a feel for the area!!! You can tell what is going on.

This thread was initiated by John Colby, section 8 dwelling, two decades running, unemployed parasite. John is well known in the area for writing letters to different public agencies excoriating their behavior and making demands. The mayor of Santa Cruz chastised him for diverting monies for the homeless for his own personal agenda.
28 of his neighbors presented a petition to the management company of his apartment complex demanding his eviction claiming he was a child molester. SCPD doesn't answer his calls because he's a known crank and cries wolf to often.
You can verify a lot of this if you just Google John Colby Santa Cruz or take a look at his LinkedIn page and you'll see just exactly how nutty he is.

What a Loon!

I guess drugs are not that bad here, in marin they have "sugar cube" crack-oven bake crack rock shaped like a sugar cube, not like the fake wingnut crack they in this area, alot of the 15-22 female crowd walks around with soiled(poop) sweat pants on looking like wraiths. Do they change their sweat pants?? not very often. In the background you'll see a dopedealer with a brand new cherry ride waiting for them to get in back after buying brillo pad.-- In nor-cal? they do not watch after the kids at all hardly, not like here. The "older" males-go right after the teenie's. That's not good in alot of ways!!! The young men don't have partners, illegitimate kids, etc etc.. I still wondering how we are going to pay for all cervical cancer healthcare bills- I guess the rest of the united states is going to have to sally up for the bill?
