I'm sure they'll do a blood test and figure out if he was drunk or not. If he was sober the test will show that. If he was drunk, the test will show that too.

Example: Please people, when you are typing these message on here, use your spell check.

Also, "some of these post's sound like a two year old wrote them"? Do you have volume on these post's or something? Odd...

I am also sorry, it just makes what YOU are trying to say sound stupid.

I don't care details about what happened. Point a terrible thing happened to a good person. Nobody is perfect and for whatever reason it happened, it did. I think everyone saying nasty things just need to bite their tongue and give jared and his family and friends some respect and let them express how they feel freely without being bashed. Is this spell checked and commaed enough? R.I.P Jared Tlyer I'll talk to u later

His girlfriend was driving. She swerved to miss another car that was going left of center, tire slid into the ditch, and over corrected and they went into a tree. They both had safety belts on. The front end of the car/radiator pushed forward and crushed him, killing him instantly. Seatbelt or not the entire car caved around him. She is in critical condition and it is a tragic ACCIDENT. Not a time to place blame, think of the what ifs, it is done, and many people are hurting right now. Alcohol was not a factor, unless it was the other car who sped off accounts 3 eye witnesses.

first and foremost to all the people that are talking about jareds crash like they know what happened please STOP. He WAS wearing a seat belt and he was NOT drinking and he was not even the one driving. The reason the police said "alcohol was considered A factor" was because that is the way with all vehicle accidents now a days. If you want to talk about alchole talk about the idiot that forced my cousins girl off the road and thus caused my cousin to die, and her to wind up in ICU.

Anytime a death is involved they draw blood from the deceased as part of investigation. There is no way to avoid the blood draw anhd family can't refuse to have it drawn.
So that being said let's wait all this guys "friends" for alcohol/drug results in a couple of weeks before making this guy a Saint.

i was in the crash and yes he passed away, my sister was driving and no there was no drinking involved. I would like to know where the drinking came from. There was a car coming from the other way left of center and as we reached the crest of the hill my sister swerved to the right to avoid hitting the other car which caused us to go in the ditch and when she tried to correct it she over corrected and we did a 180 and hit three trees.

I think they were trying to point out the lack of compassion...No one deserves to fall victim of the result of someone's mistake while driving.I think the lesson is learned. So buckle up you judgemental people you never know when your Mother will be sobbing over your split second decision not to fasten that belt.Until you are a Mother who has lost a child think before you type....

To the Family and friends I am sorry for your loss. I can tell you right now your best bet is to stop posting everytime someone posts it feeds into these people and they get a kick out of it. It is sad that they can sit behind a screen and bash because most of them would never say these things to someones face. One again I am sorry for your loss.
