Man arrested after allegedly kidnapping and abusing woman

A Parker man was arrested Monday for allegedly picking up a Denver woman and taking her to Crested Butte and abusing her.

This story is vague enough... So, was she picked up unwillingly or was she on a date that went bad? That gal is lucky to be alive.

Your question makes no sense, unless you have forced women you have dated into sex and you think that is okay--but that is called rape and sexual assault. I think unwilling would apply regardless.

I think your missing the point here in you, over the top emotional response. The story was vague and did not offer much in detail as to how the woman was picked up.
The facts will mean a lot to the DA who must prove that it was sexual assault because the man could say she went willingly then changed her mind.
If this is the case,hypothetically, then it could make it harder for women who really are kidnapped and sexually assaulted to prove their case should the same thing happen to them.
So you see the question did made sense you just didn't get it.

Um, Gman's question made perfect sense to me. He appears to be wondering if it was someone she was familiar with or did he forcibly take her in the car. I'm pretty sure he understands that rape or sexual assault is unwilling. He seems like a reasonably smart guy to me
