Maybe we need a third autopsy to break the tie. What seemed strange to me was that they found the gun in the water nearby. How near I do not know. If the gun was 50 feet out in the lake, obviously he could not have shot himself and pitched it in the water. That would have needed a killer (or a mischievous passer-by). However, if the gun was right there by the body, an execution style killer might not want to leave the gun there. Perhaps the banker had extraordinary ability to articulate his arm to fire into his head as was done.
