A recent study by a independent body suggested that West Virginia could save tons of money by focusing on drug treatment in community's instead of building a new prison. The revolving door of inmates getting out and locked back up is continuing and it is time for common sense to prevail. A new prison would be too expensive and the cost of treatment vs. incarceration is a no brainier. What is your opinion....and lets keep topic respectful and intelligent.

the C/Os at the NCRJ know HALF the inmates by name they come back so often.

KINDA WASTE OF MONEY, don't you think? EITHER EXECUTE THE CRIMINALS NOW! or think of something NEW! cause I'm tired of my Country, My State and MY COUNTY acting like 19th century gay retards.

Yes, build jails by bars.
Or, a three strikes you out. Make a law that kicks them out of the state after repeat offenses. Let other states deal with them. Keep ours clean. We won't have to waste our money on them . Give criminals a bus ticket to Colorado.

Seriously, A law to send them elsewhere.
