Challenge to Nevada personhood initiative filed

Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada and Planned Parenthood filed a legal challenge Thursday against a proposed ballot measure that seeks to define a person and override Nevada's abortion laws.

I hope this Challenge goes through because I like to drink and drive, and if I kill a womans unborn baby I will have a legal precedent to say oops sorry and not get tried for vehicular manslaughter.
