Orders Of Protection

Why does someone not go to jail when an order of protection is violated? An order is supposed to protect someone. There has to be a good reason to have an order against someone. They don't just hand those out. An order is given because someone is harrssing or a danger to a person. If they contact them in any way they are supposed to be arrested on the spot when proof is there. Too bad it doesn't always happen.

People with an order of protection against them to stay away from certain individuals will be judged one day and it will be a fair judge. Not like hawkins county.
