Thank you to Tim and Megan for covering this story! Thank you to Hanover for coming out to support this cause and showing your school spirit! It is always a nice event to have right before the holidays. The little children that were there got to see how it is nice to give at the holidays.

it was a great time thank you abby and mackenzie and families for organizing this. i wish you both the best of health and happiness and you all have a nice holiday. its ashame that people especially the young have to go thru these life changing illnesses and maybe someday there will be no none. we can only hope and pray. even thou you's lost the game, you are all still are winners scores dont matter its whats in the heart that counts. i dont think it was mentioned but thanks to the hanover school district for the school spirit. the band, cheerleaders, students, etc. it was a really exciting night. it should be done more often.

Abbey is a special young lady to take it upon herself to organize such an event to help bring joy to sick children and to try to help the Stuck family. I have followed Mackenzie's journey on her caring bridge site for the past 3 years now. She is an incredibly brave, determined, spirited girl with an equally amazing Mom and family. They have been to the edge and back on a journey that most of us with children cannot even bear to think of. Sadly, it has devastated their family in many ways....yet they find the strength to face each and every day with fierce determination. Mackenzie, YOU ROCK!!! I BELIEVE!! Continue to get stronger and STAY WELL!! Sue, hang in there!!! Hopefully, much brighter days are ahead! Abbey and teammates who made this event happen, THANK YOU for a job well done!
