Prosecutor Doesn't Have To Disclose List Of Possible Witnesses In Old Civil Rights Case

The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled a prosecutor doesn't have to disclose his list of possible witnessesand their expected testimony in the prosecution of a 44-year-old shooting death from the civil rights movement.

So is the defense team just going to be blindsided? I think the witnesses names and addresses should be available not only to the defense, but also to the public. This whole trial is a move to promote District Attorney Jackson's career. He should be impeached. An investigation into his background will reveal some skeletons in his closet.
