How's the new Chief of Police in Oregon, Missouri doing. I heard some things and was wodnering what was happening down that way. Does anyone know how things are going?

The murder rate in Oregon has dropped dramatically. Unfortunately, felonious dogs running loose has risen during the same period. Coincidence? I think not.
