The man by chervon 319 and bypass builds a package store and had plans to have part of it a sub type sandwich shop. Sounds good especially in that area with mtc and all up the road. However,he tells me the city would not give him a license to open the package store and a sandwich shop WHY? Cause there isnt enough parking for 2 business there! Well gee look at subway where ups was, theres NO parking there yet they let that internet cafe go in knowing it would have many cars which was unfair to the other business in the stripmall. So why couldnt the man have a sandwich shop? Now notice half his building sits empty. How sad. Then he builds the raceway and the one at rich oil, and they held him up on raceway license and thats why it didnt open for awhile. WHY? Cause you cant have 2 stores so close to each other, well finally he got to open it but point is what does it matter moultrie, let the people open business and bring in jobs and keep money in moultrie.
