Are these aldermen who voted to deny Psycamore the dumbest SOBs on earth? Get the pitch forks sharpened.

For some people there is always a conspiracy.

No conspiracy here just blatant stupidity from a group of men elected to serve all of the people who decided to represent the best interest of just a few. They are not smart enough to conspire.

So, crap just keeps rolling along. A broke city has now incurred an additional burden. Though we do not know the monetary penalty, OS cannot stand any additional liability. The arrogance by the elected officials is appalling and it's going to cost those that had no say in their decison. It's a damn shame, city hall writing checks that the rest of us have to cash!!!

There lies many of the problems that exist in city hall. She only takes credit when times are good and blames others when they are bad. She is up to her neck in this one because of the large campaign contributions she received from the owner of the building that was being rented. She is really looking out for her best interest. You think the press would print that?

The alderman that went against the Planning Commission and the City Attorney should be held personally liable -- this includes Greg Denyer, the biggest city liability of them all. Remember Walkergate and his "dear friends" Bill and Scott? Same thing here -- does what he wants, ignores the law, puts the taxpayers on the hook. And those that live in the neighborhood that circulated the flyer with all the misinformation should be made to pay up. They caused this and now should be held accountable for their actions. I want to know how the woman that caused the taxpayers of OS to loose so much money got a city job? She should be made to forfeit her ill gotten tax payers money.

Haha the new Harbormaster Jalanivich was the alderman who pulled the permit for Harbor Landing and made a bundle building it while the city paid $100,000 in lawyer fees and lost that one too. So he gets rewarded by McKay with a fat paycheck and a free truck. He's either too stupid to know what can be built in the hsrbor or he's a crook like his friends Walker and CIAP scammer Harris.

Looks like tonight will be the night Gill has to apologize to the taxpayers he did not represent.

Apologize? What a laugh. These self entitled thugs are hiding behind closed doors plotting ways to rob the taxpayers out of more of our hard earned money. They caused this and they should be held personally liable for their actions and they are not off the hook yet. The City attorney has not advised them fully of their rights when they act negligently. This will not be the first time catfish Denyer has had to pay ill gotten public money back...

Not being familiar w/city policy, can we recall the divots on the BoA or do we have to wait an entire election cycle to act? Where's the public outcry to break out the brooms and sweep these maroons away?
