First of all, Thank You, Nadia. You did a fantastic job on this story.

Secondly - i am being stalked/targeted by a colleague who will no doubt try to post libelous statements and personal information about Duane and me in this forum.

Mary - if you do it again, i will respond with links to the sites you'd rather not have people know about.~ R

Thank you so much for providing your personal perspective. Some of the things you mention were most definitely withheld from the public and media. Because of the outright lies that were told to us (underestimating the amount of oil coming out, announcing that NO oil plumes existed beneath the sea's surface, announcing that the oil had largely "disappeared," etc.), as well as the decision to spray massive amounts of corexit into the Gulf, even when the EPA ordered it to stop, I can't help but believe that our government made a conscious choice to defer to BP's wishes. So much of the response seemed about public relations and appearance, to the detriment of wildlife and the environment. How much of this is related to the fact that BP is the number one supplier of fuel to our military and the fourth-largest corporation in the world? It's clear to me that Big Oil was in charge and not the government. Obama either could have done better, or was overpowered. Based on the Republican response, they are more than happy to enable the destruction of the planet by Big Oil.

This Just In: Fresh from the API wire service.

Due to an anticipated voter turnout being much larger than originally expected, the polling facilities may not be able to handle the voter load all at once.

Therefore, Republicans are requested to vote on Tuesday, November 2, and Democrats on Wednesday, November 3.

Please pass this message along and help us to make sure that nobody gets left out.

Rebecca Dmytryk is not a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. She has no permit, neither does her husband. She was also paid by BP to clean up the oiled birds. Before she left in June she and her husband filed for bankruptcy. They claimed no income or cash but do have lots and lots of credit card debt. They stated they had no jobs or work. It seems they have been living off of WildRescue which is tax fraud.

While cleaning the oiled birds Rebecca made a video for BP telling people what a wonderful job they were doing. Behind their back she says the nastiest things about them on her Facebook page and in emails.

This libelous rhetoric is the work of a Miss Cummins located in Los Angeles. Duane and i are her latest victims - she has broken the law by posting our social security numbers. More on Mary can be found at the following links: Oh, and Mary? Knock it off - it just makes you look bad! Enjoy!:)
