If LCPS stands to gain money in our district at the expense of advanced educational services, which most likely would not get funded by the district, why has Stan Rounds recently directed all principals to cut 3% of their certified staff for next school year citing lack of money as an excuse?

I am amazed at how Jo Galvan can justify absorbing "chunks" of kids when classes are clearly overloaded and no one will do anything about it. How much of the higher personnel percentage is paying for employees no longer with the LCPS? How many superintendents do we pay off, and administrators get removed from their positions only to get a raise and position at central office? Do the leaders of this district really care about the success of my son? I commend his teachers and support them when making AYP is get again a failure largely at no fault of their own. Conserving electricity to save jobs-that is new to me.
