Wisconsin teachers union calls for day off statewide to protest in Madison
Education union leaders in central Wisconsin organized a push Wednesday night to get public school teachers to Madison for a demonstration to oppose a proposal that would bar public employees from collective bargaining.

This is why UNIONS are done - keep striking ... there are hundreds of thousands of people ready to TAKE your jobs - the Governor will fire you all ASAP ! Just like President Regan did with the air traffic controllers !

why would they want to? They won't have any bargaining rights, pensions or health insurance.
