Who cares who told the cops - they murdered somebody - get it they are murderers. Who cares that the poor man mooned them and got them mad - they were harrassing him to begin with. It was cold blooded murder!!

this is a tragedy on many acconts but i feel very much for chris, andre and their familes. knowing chris on a personal level, i feel that the media and papers are making alot of snap judgements. there is def a missing kink in this story.

Snap judgements? Are you out of your mind? This kid murdered that poor man in cold blood, then carried the article in his pocket bragging about it! Oh and by the way kept the bloody knife as a trophy. How could you possible feel sorry for this poor excuse for a human being.

im sorry, were you there? how do you know he wasnt carring around the article because he couldnt believe what he did? or hid the knife because he didnt know what else to do? if he was such a cold blooded killer wouldnt he have thrown the knife down the sewer or worked on an aliby? i feel very bad for malone and his family but you dont know this kid either. all i said was i feel for the whole situation. maybe, lynn, you should stop commenting on things you know very little about.

I'm sorry, were you? If he was so upset about what he did he would have turned himself in, but he didn't the police went and got him because someone told them he was bragging about it. Of course he's sorry he got caught!

cmb...You obviously have jumped to conclusions yourself on this issue. If they felt bad, they never should have done it in the first place. Whether you feel bad about killing someone or don't feel bad, you should still be punished for your crimes. If they felt so bad about it why is everyone freaking out about who turned them in? They should have turned themselves in.

I'm not saying it towards that part, I mean how CMB thinks you and others don't have a right to have an opinion on the matter because they think you don't have the facts.

of course they should be punished, that is not what i am disputing. all i am saying was the only facts we have is this poor man is dead and these two young men killed him. it is all speculation whether chris and andre were bragging about it, keeping trophies, etc etc. was there a clip in his pocket of the incident, yes. why was it there- who knows? all i am saying is a know chris on a personal educational level and this was a huge shock to me as well as to anyone else who knew him. i feel like there is missing link to this story that has yet to come out. all im asking is that we refrain from making assumptions that he and andre were bragging or "proud". and of course i think that they should have turned themselves in- i am a teacher, a parent, a good citizen. i feel terrible for the malone family. there isnt a time when i think about chris that i dont also think of that poor man. i just think that for now we should stick to the facts and try not to belive everything the media feeds us.

sorry and the other part, i dont know why people are fraking out about who told the cops. please dont misjudge my position. i do think they need to be punished. i just think that sometimes the media can take things too far and as intellegent adults we should stick to what is true and real.
