Wow! You seem to know more than anyone around here from all the way in New York. I would suggest calling the Springfield Township building. The mayor's office, or L & I maybe.

It si going to be a car wash. They recently put a "Coming Soon" banner. Don't know if they are going to have gas again. Looks like it might be just a car wash like the one in Clifton Heights at Balt Pike and Bridge Street.
