murderer moving to area

be on the lookout for a man and woman with 4 kids that may be moving to this area. his name is chris hutchinson and her name is deborah newman, he murdered carl smallwood in portsmouth, oh on oct. 8,2009, he is a dangerous and abusive man. she may look for work as a swim coach or a sub teacher. she has a friend at christian hill middle school, so she may try to get work there, i think she worked at the y in blue ash at one time. keep your kids away from her or him.

there is a thread on the cincinnati, oh topix, about these two, please look and read it. they like to frequent bars and he likes to start fights. he also is loud and cusses a lot

one reason he has not been charged yet is he has family in the prosecuters office, Make no mistake about this man he is dangerious!

Deborah Newman will try to get a job at a Y. She has lived in Cincinnati before and worked at several as a swim coach. I believe one job was at Blue Ash. Or, she will try to sub or teach at a school. She has a friend Janet that works at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Middle School. Deborah might have some pull there. We think Janet lives in the Lebanon Ohio area. Since Deborah is great friends with Janet she may locate near. Hutchinson or Deborah do not need to be around kids. He could get mad at her and have a shooting spree. Hutchinson loves bars, beating women, starting fights and not working.
He is big at playing darts. If a bar has a dart league, he will find it.
Hutchinson gets a disability check from the pen (worked in Portsmouth) for being nuts, is bi-polar.
In the service he worked in the pharmacy. He might try a job in that field. If you have a Pet Land he might try a job their. His stepfather has a pull there. My guess is he won't work.
He is trying to get off using the New Law. Think it is called the Castle Law ? Not sure of the name. Read the Portsmouth Blogs. I think the one with the most is, DOES ANYONE KNOW CHRIS HUTCHINSON.

Someone ask what Hutchinson looked like.

Wears his hair short, ball cap low on forehead, small snake eyes, BIG BIG NOSE like Squidward, bad teeth and breath. Face looks like he has been in too many bar fights. The poor guy can't even afford tennis. I was told Deborah's mother (unknown to her) paid for the tennis shoes he is wearing. Instead of buying her kids something she bought shoes for him. I guess you can't go in bars without shoes.

The sad part to this story is Deborah has 4 kids. Age 12 to 3. The ex husband is working hard to get them.

I was told by a family memeber of the victims that someone that worked with Chris in the past was not suprised in the least that Chris had killed someone.This is such a shame that this murder is still able to walk the streets. If he thinks he got away with it once whats to stop him from doing it again.

And how did he 'just walk away from this crime' not enough evidence? And why on earth can't the bio father get his children away from this maniac?

bio dad is not in a position to afford an attorney to get kids. His ex deb, cost him a fortune during the divorce with all her lies and deceit. This is killing him and sadly, the legal system is no help at all.

Just to let everyone know on here> Murder is what happened exactly. After I researched the Castle law-The victim was not on the property of Chris when he was shot plus no threats were made and Chris even shut and locked the door. He later came out shooting a 22. The victim was not armed and definitely not dangerous. Chris was looking for him that night and the victim went there just to talk to him. The detectives know this. They know the whole story, POINT BLANK! Debbie even knows what happened. She was there and was hit by Chris for trying to stop him from shooting. I don't understand why this man has not been charged with this crime he committed. I hope and pray for the families and for justice to be served.

I hope you are right. Thanks for letting us know. I pray every day justice will prevail. The only gift I want for Christmas is for Chris Hutchinson to go to jail/prison.

Doesn't need a lawyer to file for custody.
