A windfall profits tax would constrain gas prices.

Time for the lies to end. Exx-Mob and other criminal enterprises that control the government are laughing all the way to the bank.

Remember, the wealthy have no problem with $10/gallon fuel. None whatsoever.

Soon, car ownership and driving will be restricted to the priv'd classes.

But has anyone heard a single presidential candidate talk about this major solution to the highway robbery?

Nope.

Gas is high because demand is high. I sold my car over a year ago, now i ride my bike everywhere. Including the 10 miles each way to work. I've saved tons of money, and i'm in the best shape of my life. Americans are addicted to their cars. Get ready for $4 gas people. I can't wait.

Exxon Mobil only earns about an 8% margin. Nearly every other business would be gone if that's all they made. Your rant is wrong, and makes you look really foolish because your blame is misplaced, and anyone over the age of 12 with a 50+ IQ would know better, unless it's the typical liberal lies to suit an agenda.

If you really want to blame someone for this mess, blame the liberals. They have forced us to outsource our petroluem supply, and have minimized our refining capacity.

Liberals - usually the source of all of our problems.
