I think that the decision the judge made was very risky, but I agree with it. I think that the judge does agree with Skinner, in that if you changed the childs enviroment the child will change. I agree with the judges decision because of all of the evidence in the case of mental illness and I do agree with Skinner but onl to a certain extent.
