Urgent Warning

Biggest crook in NC. Check these out if you don't believe me. Everytime he goes out of business he pops back up under another name. Never give him a penny until all work is done to your satisfaction.

I agree, Mike is a huge Crook!!! He is our Neighbor, and former friend. He asked to borrow money and has never payed us back. He stole money from us to pay someone else back, and now he has filed for bankruptcy so I will never see my money. Such a loser. He doesnt even work now, and he is living a nice life. He needs to go back to jail.

Dear Carr, I don't know if you will see this but you posted that he has filed bankruptcy? When did this happen? You say he isn't working? Who is paying his bills that felt it necessary to steal for in the past or was this just from the drug money and he has another source to live off of? If I already had a judgement against him for money and he claims bankruptcy does that make my judgement null and void - since he has no money or assets? I would appreciate more information, feel free to email me about home at lynne@zen5.me

Another warning for sub-contractors:
In our case, Luchansky did get PART of the homeowner's work completed.
He did it by hiring our company to paint and then NOT PAYING US.
Although the homeowner knows we did the work, he had already paid Luchansky - so we've lost $1,200.

Sorry to tell you but you are suckers... just like me. He's owed me money for almost 10 years. Took him to Small Claims Court and won but he doesn't care. He is a crook that is a good talker. A liar of the biggest kind! Hopefully no one will be fooled by him anymore. Feel sorry for his wife and kids. Maybe you can get your house cleaned by his new "Cleaning" company. But, he has already cleaned a lot of us out so he should do a good job.

I was wondering if he is still scamming people now? I thought maybe after jail, he might stop. What is the latest scam date. Our date was back in 2006 (I think... it was some time ago now).

You all might be pleased to know he was recently (Sept 13th 2011) arrested for obtaining property by false pretense. He is still up to his old tricks. I own a gutter company and he wanted to team up with me and have my company clean gutters and do roof repairs on houses that he had contracted for home repair. I did one house for him, met him on the job, spoke to him for maybe 30 mins drove away KNOWING he was full of "it" and wanted no part of him. He is definately a smooth talker, well dressed and drives a nice vehicle. Later that same day the homeowner had found him out and called me to warn me about him. He got her for a few hundred but had she not done her homework it would've been thousands. He gives small business owners a bad rap. What a creep.

For everyone's information....he is still in jail. His wife is telling everyone that they are divorcing, which is not true.

He got us for $3000 in August. He was a regular customer of mine for well over a year always paid cash for everything. He never approached me about money or anything. We started talking about a Ebay business I own one day. Then a couple days after that he said he had a deal to buy 12 computers (which is what I do) and contents of a storage unit. Said he would split the profits of the sale of the items in a week.

This is very important: He said his name was Michael Calibrerro. So when I googled him when I got home to arrange the money. Nothing came up.

Well it's 3 months later and he has only paid $500. With hundreds of calls (not kidding) and empty promises every day. We have nothing. I had to liquidate my Ebay inventory to pay the money that I took out of family budget to give to this guy. My wife was laid off in April. And I just had abdominal surgery that put me on short term disability for 8 weeks. So this $3k might as well be a million dollars. I wish I wasn't such an idiot and saw through his smooth talk and lies.

I am so sorry! How did you find out it was Luchansky since he gave you a false name? Did you go to the police? I think we all need to stop assuming that nothing can be done and try reporting each case to the police so that they know he is still scamming people and if something can be done, it is. I wish I had known to turn him in for the bad check he wrote me years ago.

He is definitely the biggest crook you can ever meet... Be very careful... he has duped me for 40000+ while working on my basement. Always said he is taking care of things but did not do one right thing. He is definitely someone to report to authorities. I need suggestion about doing a joint complaint so that I can see him behind bars and not trying to cheat other innocent souls.

I am always willing to work with anyone who wants to try and make him pay for his crimes. Feel free to give me your email address and I will email your privately or if there is a way to email directly from here, you can do that as well.

I would like to help make sure that Michael does not steal money from anyone else. I feel foolish for letting him talk me into loaning him money so that he could get the materials he needed to do my work.
I have been making notes of his promises and his lies and I feel this could help our case.
Is there anyway we could all send our information to one place/person and then forward the evidence to the police?
