has anyone ever bought a lifetouch photo cd ? If so, are you able to print pictures from your computer or from the photo stations at like walmart or walgreens ?

I have bought several and am able to download the images to my computer. I think upload them to walgreens.com and order photos. I've never taken the CD into the stores.

Walmart in Morristown would not print from my Lifetouch CD because they were afraid of copyright. The Jefferson City Walmart did though and everything was fine.

Legally you're not allowed to print from those. they're usually low resolution CD's and are meant for putting on facebook or emailing loved ones who are far away. Printing them in any form is illegal.

The legal copyright does not mean you can't print them. It means you cant use them for commercial purposes. You ARE allowed to print them, and they include both low and high res copies of all your pics
"Lifetouch licenses you, the purchaser, use of the image for any legal, noncommercial purpose. You may not use the images in advertising, or on or in connection with goods or services for sale"
Use of the image for any legal noncommercial purpose, means that you can print some for grandma!
