All you have to do to lose weight is eat less, healthier and exercise.
Why spend all that money when it is so simple.

Hcg works wrote:
I have completed two rounds of hcg and lost 65 pounds. So to answer the question does hcg work, YES!!! Hcg really works. I went to mtrx in Bristol Tn and paid 250 for a 30 day round of hcg nasal spray. Their were no shots and you gave yourself te nasal spray once each morning. This program is great if you have several pounds to loose but is not for people who only need to loose 5-10 pounds. It is a strict protocol that is designed for people who need to loose 50 or more pounds. So if you are committed to loosing a large amount of weight, hcg is really worth the money.
I have lost weight in the past but I've always gained it back plus 10 more lbs each time. I don't mean to bust your bubble, but what happens when you come off of the spray? Do you think you will be able to keep it off? I'm not being mean- just speaking from experience...

I Didn't do the hcg I'm doing the pills and lipo shots.. The shot is 20 and the pills is 70 a month... From what ive researched losing right fast gives u a 75% chance on gaining it back maybe not in all cases but most.. I wish u the best... I dropped 27 in my first 28 days with what I have done.. Not to bad and didn't cost me 400.. I've only invested 100 so far and on my 2nd month now... Good luck with it all
if u will just get your physician to write the script u can go to Mikes Pharmacy in Morristown and the pils are $1987. I know I did this

I have been taking the phentermine pill since the end of May and i have lost about 36 pounds.I was 220 when i started, and i am down to 184. I have went down a few sizes also. I didnt like the idea of a diet pill but my dr suggested it bc my chloseterol is too high and i had to start taking sugar pills. Everyone in my family is diabetic adn she said if i just loose some weight it will help.I lost weight fast the first few weeks but am now at a still point. The pills were suppressing my appetite but seem to not work so much now. They have never really given me energy like some people. I have heard people talk about taking the capsule instead of the tablet...does this make a big difference? What is the difference is the lipo shot and the hcg? iknow the HCG sounds expensive.

I did the phentermine diet for the first 2 weeks it was wonderful I had energy and was not hungry at all I had to make my self eat something but after the medication got into my system really good it stopped working and now I have gained everything back and then some now I am thinking of giving this hcg thing a try I understand it is expensive but if it works I believe that it will be well worth the dollars.

A friend of mine did HCG she lost 65lbs and started also losing her hair in clumps a few months after she stopped the shots. She also developed an aggressive tumor in her female area that had to be removed in emergency surgery. She gained all the weight back plus. A year later her hair is much thinner but has grown back in and she's dropping weight again by eaating better. No shots or pills. I would Google peoples experiences with it before you try it.
