Slim n up from First Fitness is the best appetite control product I have used. Take one 30 minutes before meal and it helps you to eat less.

What's wrong with wanting to be skinny? I took a pill and lost over 50 pounds and so far have kept all but about 7 pounds off (been off the pills since January). Don't knock it till you try it!

I believe that baseball mom of 2 is talking about phentermine. I have also taken pehntermine before and lost 56 pounds in 5 months, but of course, results will vary from person to person. There are several physicians that offer weight loss management with phentermine. It is an amazing appetite supressant, but also has side effects. I reccommend following a diet and exercising in combination with phentermine, but it is not required. You will lose weight anyway, but you also have to train your body to eat drastically smaller portions so that there is not a weight gain after you reach you ideal weight and stop taking the medication.

I went to see Dr. Jill Robinson and Bruce Jacobs at Healthstar. They are wonderful. Also, I know that Dr. Zain and Gigi McDaniel also prescribe phentermine and there are numerous weight loss clinics that will also. They are only allowed to write a script for 30 days so there are monthly follow-up visits to track your weight loss.

Please do not start bashing these physicians and nurse practitioners. I only named names to help people out. I know that some my have reputations, but please, this is about weight loss, not about how you feel about these people.

I recently took phentermine I have never been so sick in my life I dont know why it affected me that way I am trying to follow the weight watchers point system i was on it 4 years ago and lost 57 pounds then I ended up pregnant (which was a very good thing) and forgot about it me and my husband has been on it now again for 3 weeks and we have both lost 20 pounds the good thing about the points system is that you can still eat out I would have loved to take the phentermine but I couldnt.

I've taken every diet pill under the sun and I finally figured the best way to lose weight is to simply e-x-e-r-c-i-s-e. It's amazing how much weight you can lose by simply walking but you have to get out there and do it every day.

I know how most people on topix can lose about ten pounds of useless fat. Cut off their head.

Phentermine works great. I have had no side effects and have lost up to 15 lbs. Just be careful when you stop taking them. You are tired and hungry. They do work wonders tho.

I think I asked you on a previous thread what you do for a living, but don't remember getting a reply. I swear, I think I know you. I know someone with that same name, and you sound alot like him. Ever work in Jefferson City?
