Regardless of what people think of Lance Armstrong and taking away the fact that he lied and broke the "doping laws", I wonder if any doctors or scientists have studied the drugs, concoctions, and such that he took. He has beat several cancers and illnesses and seems to be in very good health today. It was a major feat to battle cancer, take treatments, and still continue a mild training routine. I still like the man and admire his abilities to cycle, because let's face it, He won his event 7 times, and even though he was doping, so were most of the other participants and the last place finisher as well. Obviously, somthing has to do with his talents and ability. Maybe doctors and scientists can study the things he took and something good can come from this in helping others beat cancer and other diseases.

Interesting and good point. I still can't believe he had the ball to go on Oprah and be straight up about everything. No matter what I still think he's a super athlete.

The drugs he used to cheat with probably caused the cancer to start with. Just because most used drugs doesn't make it right. There will never be a cure for cancer because it's what is going into our bodies such as drugs that cause it to start with. I lost even more respect for the man when he decided to appear on the ungodly channel of O W N that endorses same sex raising of kids. This man is not the role model that kids need.

The pillheads wouldn't bother me a bit if they weren't robbing, stealing, living off the government, and destroying their families and their children's lives. Pretty sure Lance Armstrong isn't guilty of any of those things.

He'll never be able to compete-lifetime ban. Interesting he finally decided to come clean-no pun intended-when the statue of limitations had run out and he can't be charged with perjury. Don't think that was a coincidence. He has zero credibility anymore-he cheated and lied-he's done.

Na, he'll do more interviews, write a book, maybe a movie, he's far from done, financially anyway.

Financially he is pretty screwed. He admitted to doping but only admitted to crimes that fell whiten the 7 year Statute of limitations. He also sued all the people who accused him of doping which means they are now sueing him for liable. He will never have another endorsement deal, and any book he ever writes will be the equivalent to P.J. Simpson "I Did It". He is to be banished.
