Morristown Chevy is owned by Ken Buelly.
Honda's majority is owned by Phil Bachman.
Rusty Wallace Toyota is owned by Fred coyle and Ray Huffaker.
Rusty Wallace Pontaic and Kia is owned by Fred coyle and Ray Huffaker.
Rusty Wallace Ford in Newport is owned by Fred coyle and Ray Huffaker.
Rusty Wallace Lincoln Mercury is owned by Ray Huffaker and Greg Voncanon( don't know how to spell his last name)
East Tenn. Nissan is owned by Jeff capo and Brian Schrimpsher owns a small part.
Hyundai of Morristown was owned by the Wallace group out of Johnson city and is now owned by Leroy Royston.
Don't know nothing about Morristown Ford.
Leroy Royston owns the Dodge Dealership in Morristown and the G.M.C and Dodge dealership in Rogersville and now Royston Hyundai
My predictions is these Dealers will be gone by summers end.
1. Royston Hyundai
2. Morristown Chevy
3. Royston Dodge
4. Tarr Chevy
5. Pontaic and Cadillac from Rusty Wallace.
6. Rusty Wallace Lincoln Mercury
The two that will thrive will be Lakeway auto "THE BEST HONEST GUYS IN THIS TOWN" will always have repeat business and Morristown Ford
Nissan and Toyota will stay about the same, "struggling for their share of the market place."
Hyundai and Kia will slow down. Product sucks compared to others.
All the "buy here, pay here" lots will go BOOM, BOOOM, BOOM If i was a owner i would be in the Buy here, pay here business.

First off Lakeway is a used car lot not a "new car dealer". Second as far as local dealers going under Id say if any it will be the ones who still owe money on their property such as Chevy, Ford is in the hole as far as losing money on a regular basis. The import car dealerships will stay except maybe Hyundai,Kia. I say the Lincoln Mercury Mazda place cant be doing a tremendous amount of business either. I know Royston Dodge is paid for with little overhead so they will stick around. Remember most of these places dont really pay anyone except the office workers. Everyone else has maybe a small base pay and mostly commision. So if you dont sell anything you dont make anything.

Made it a little longer than that. I'm sure since you can make all these predictions that you have access to all these dealers financial statements right.. 2 out of your 3 will only shut down if they want to..
