Quote from Citizen Tribune 12-22-12. "Preacher Ray said the service (Thursday Nights) provides an alternative to traditional Sunday worship service at which some may feel unwelcome." Why would any true Christian church make people feel unwelcome? Why is a bible study on Thursday Night an alternative to the preaching of God's word on Sunday? Is this the falling away before the return of Jesus? Bible study is good, but it does not take the place of the truth preached in the word of God. It seems that bikers are being given the liberty to go to bible study on Thursday Nights instead of preaching on Sunday. I wonder how many bikers will be riding motorcycles on any Sunday instead of going to a Christian church that preaches the truth found in the word of God? "...and how will they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:14 (King James Bible) I believe with all my heart this Biker Church is just another sign that we are in the very last days before the return of Jesus Christ. The word of God tells us there would be a falling away first (turning from the truth of God) before His return. "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 (King James Bible) What if all churches stop preaching the truth on Sunday?

God word is truth any day of the week. The Sabbath was Friday evening thru Saturday evening when Jesus was here. Was changed to Sunday later.

Bikers should feel welcome in all bible preaching churches. If the word of God is preached showing them they are lost sinners headed for hell they might just get convicted by the Holy Ghost and be born again. Most churches today teach easy believism. It is easy to be saved, but repeating a prayer after a preacher, walking an aisle, signing a card, raising one's hand, crying, shouting, speaking in tongues, or seeing visions DOES NOT get one saved. A preacher can't tell you that you are saveed like many children have been told at Bible School. There are MANY pastors, deacons, Sunday School teachers, and church members that have NEVER been born again! We can join the world but it will not get them saved. When one get's born again and grows in the word of God he will not want to look or act like the world. Biker gangs are of the world! "Be ye not unequally with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness.?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 (King James Bible)

You are correct, but what churches preach the truth found only in God's word other than Sunday today?

Okay. Put up or shut up.

Invite the to Sunday service at your church. Surely you go to just the sort of church you are speaking about. And it is the Christian thing to do.

I won't tell anyone what specific church to attend. As long as it's a King James Bible believing church that teaches the truth about gospel of Jesus Christ. There are some left.

There are different levels of being a Christian. People who are new to Christ are in the 'I'm such a sinner I don't belong in church' mode. They have not progressed enough in their walk with Jesus to watch their language.
A lot of people get saved and think that's the 'end of the story.' How do I know this.....because I lived it. For so many years I thought getting saved was 'it.'....'Whew, I'm in--I'm Heaven-bound.' Well, joining a church and getting saved and Baptized is not 'it'. There's a lot more to being a Christian than that, but I think here in the Bible belt of America a lot of churches fail to convey that concept.
Anyway, there are a lot of people at a lot of different levels in their walk with Jesus.
I don't attend First Baptist, but I can see where bikers might feel a little intimidated by going there.....where they might view it as a church full of nicely dressed people and while a lot of bikers are not business people by trade, they probably don't 'dress up' a lot.
I can see where a church might start up a Bible study to allow more people access to Jesus on a level where they would feel comfortable. Sounds like a Christian thing to do to me.
'Church people' as a lot of non-Believers think,'are such hypocrites and they think they are better than everyone else.' I know this because I used to think like that and in a lot of ways, it's true.
Just because a person attends church does NOT mean he or she is the epitome of Jesus but it DOES mean they are striving to learn more.
Christian people...don't judge. That's NOT our job. Our job is to make people feel WELCOME to come to Jesus. Get off your high horses and be the kind of Christian God would like for you to be.
One day He will probably ask you...'what did you do with my Son.'
What will you say? Did you turn people away from Jesus by your snobbery or did you make them feel welcome they could approach him on any level? May God bless you all....Christian and non.

I never said they had to attend, just that you should offer the invitation. Assuming you are concerned about these bikers salvation and that your church teaches the truth about the gospel, you would think this would be a no-brainer. Are you concerned or just on here to spread hate for others you don't agree with?

Where do you find in the word of God that Christians should not judge right from wrong? That's what's wrong with Christians today they don't discern (JUDGE) good from evil based on God's written word. "Judge not according to the appearance, but JUDGE righteous judgment." John 7: 24 (king James Bible)
