Whoever told this lie is completely wrong. Steve Anderson hasn't been arrested or charged with any crime and hasn't committed a crime of any nature since his release from serving 13 years in prison. He did his time for the crimes he committed and has worked hard to operate a legit business for several years.Jerry Sneed or whoever you are, you're a liar.

I am close family Of Steve and actually just got off the phone with him minutes ago. He is or hasn't been in jail on these charges. Jerry Sneed, Your right Old habbits die hard. Thank goodness Steve let his die. So why don't you work on your horriable habbit now and stop the gossiping on topix. Steve made his mistakes. Mistakes might I add that accured over 24 years ago and he served his time and owes no one anything now. He may not be your favorite person but he is my family and I would rather you keep you mouth off of him and everybody else whom has made mistakes served thier time and trying to live right now. You don't always have to bring the past up about people cause the future has nothing to gossip about. Any question you have regarding what Steve did or is doing now I am sure he would be glad to anwser for you and he isn't hard to find.

There were two posts (one being mine) on this thread that stated this wasn't true. For whatever reason they have dissappeared. I'd think that would certainly be a good basis for a slander suit in an accusation such as this!

I have no idea what "spot" is talking about, but in any event I am telling you as a VERY RELIABLE SOURCE Steven D. Anderson of morristown isn't in any kind of trouble. IF he were I of all people would know and I was just with him today and don't you think if he was he would be sitting in jail right now for violation of his probation. Come on guys he made a mistake over 20 years ago let the man rest none of you know anything about him you just love running your trap.

I hope that you are saying that you think is ISN'T steven d. anderson of morristown that was in prison over 24 years ago for a chop shop because whoever it is got into trouble IS NOT THIS STEVEN D. ANDERSON so yes I will put a large bet that it isn't STEVEN D. ANDERSON FROM MORRISTOWN THAT WAS ONCE IN PRISON FOR A CHOP SHOP he hasn't been in any trouble since.....

Could someone tell me what is so slanderous about someone being arrested Mistaken or Not??

If there is two then one could see how a mistake could be made but to intentionally smeer someone is a whole nother matter and the biggest part of the people on here will see right through your on the verge of slanderous vengeful comments.

I think the initial referral was to the unsealing of court documents in the Ray Hawk case, which have been posted and announced day by day on 92.9 WNPC. Go to www.929wnpc.com . Click on local news then go to Wednesday, Aug. 26.

He hasn't been charged with anything, but his name is listed in the unsealed documents.

"According to the document, the vehicle was sold by State Farm Insurance in South Carolina to B & B Motors, South Davy Crockett Parkway, Morristown in September, 2003. B & B Motors was reportedly owned or controlled by Steve Anderson who "has a criminal history of receiving and concealing stolen property, firearms violations and arson of a vehicle" which resulted in a federal prison term. The agent documented telephone calls between Anderson, Harold Grooms and Ray Hawk as recently as February, 2009. Those calls indicated that Hawk and Anderson regularly purchase and trade salvage vehicles back and forth. And a confidential source advised the Federal Bureau of Investigation in September, 2007, that Anderson was still involved in auto theft activities"
