There is a gun show at the walters state expo center today and tomorrow.
I suggest everyone go buy a couple and lots of ammo and arm yourselves
it may not be legal to buy them soon
I took $2000 from my retirement savings acct yesterday and am on my way not to buy a couple semi automatic assault rifles with several large clips and all the ammo I can find for them plus the ones I already have.

Even if you just get a .22 get one.
ammo is cheap for them at around 1-2 cents each if you buy bulk.
I ordered 10,000 rounds for mine yesterday after the shooting.

Also you can get .22 single shot special guns that look like ink pens and it is easy to make your own with instructions from the net.

I never go anywhere without my pen gun in my pocket.
I may only get one shot but thats more than most people have if something happens

If you have the cash buy a good 12ga double barrel shotgun and lots of different ammo.
you can buy everything from tear gas shells to bean bag shells even ball bearing and incendiary shells for them.
load one chamber with a non lethal and one with a lethal round. keep it loaded and close by

All I wanted was a hot meal and a few nights of courtesy with a nice roof over my head. I was going to pick up work in the next few days, but no. But, no.
You had to chase me out of town and start calling me a straggler.
I had just spent many a day and night in the horrific wars of the world.
All I wanted was a hot meal.

I can't understand why people waits for something like the tragedy that has happened and think you then have to run out and by guns and ammo, you know the prices at gun shows will be marked up, I've had guns most of my life, and carry everyday, oh IMO, a pen gun are cool, but really useless, get yourself a 22 mag derringer if you can't carry something larger, (which you can carry open in TN.) the smallest I will carry is a 38 spl sub nose, And get self defense training. Best thing to spend your money on. IMHO.

The pen gun is more of a toy true but if you are ever in a situation where carting was banned and something happened like yesterday you have one chance and you need to aim for the head, eye, ear or top of spine would be the only chance you had.
I will take a slim chance over no chance if faced with a crazed person with a gun.

The prices were not marked up as I figured they would be.
I could not find all the ammo I wanted but got enough for now as well as reloading supplies and some big clips.
I just think you are better off buying what you can now before they are banned.
Buying from a private party bypasses all govt paperwork so if they do try to confiscate them which I doubt they will no one knows you have them.

You are a prime example of the filth that lives in our community. It's people like you....liberal garbage....that made this shooting possible. The NRA would have nothing to do with sewage like you and others who make light of all that has taken place. My wish is for you to get what is deserved.

I would rather throw rocks than depend on a pen gun to save my life, ever shot one? I have, I couldn't hit COM within 8 feet, and a fair shot with a hand gun, if you had it ready, and could stick it under a bad guys chin, to me it's all it's good for, getting a eye or spine shot just isn't going to happen because the bullet goes anywhere after 5 or 6 feet, and under high stress, you get the idea, I carry a Glock 19, 90% 15rds if they ban the 15, I'll go to the 10rd, still enough. And I aways carry a spare, no problem. What do they charge to get in the show?
