I totally betrayed my beloved Perfect Nails to try out Nails by Jordan...why? Well, with holiday's right around the corner, I was trying to save money and who could pass up a pedicure for $20? The shop is very clean and decorated very nicely. However, that is about the only nice thing about it. They had approximately 6 nail polishes to choose from and the staff did not mutter one word. They were busy, which was expected with their grand opening specials, but what was unexpected to set up a pedicure chair for me, and leave me soaking for 20 minutes while you finished a fill-in...and speakinf of fill-in's, do not waste your money. The acrylic was so thin, it didn't even blend into my set...and they can't polish worth a flip. To give them the benefit of the doubt they had just opened and could have possibly been overwhelmed and performed poorly. All I know is I wont go back.

I had mine done there twice now and well both times i wasn't completely pleased. This last time though the actual tip fell off leaving the acrilic on there so it was like i had a long clear nail...not going back.

Been there a couple of times. Won't take long for word to get around. CICI pretty much had the same experience that I had. They did a really bad job , start to finish. I had a pedi once and fill-ins the second time. I won't be going back. A complete waste of money!

I've been there twice now for pedicures and they are great! I love going in there. I was in fact there on opening day and had a terrific time cutting up with all three employees. They were all terrific... and I will say this about the polish they use, I only get white tips done, and they stayed on my toes for over 4 weeks!! With no chipping! Nothing... That alone was enough for me to go back again, and I plan to go for the third time later this week :)

Yes they are open on Sunday's 11-6 I believe. The only one I let do mine is Jordan. I first had the guy in the back do mine but he cut me terribly bad with the nail file. So I only make appointments w/ Jordan. His wife seems like she does great work too. Haven't had her to do mine yet but I've seen her work.

They did a really good job except I walked in around 730. They closed at 830 that night.... Well guess who didn't get out of there until 10:20? It was ridiculous. And it's not like I could just walk out and leave. I had like one hand done and they left me and went and done 3 other peoples feet and nails then came back to me and did my other hand. I'll probably never go back. I go to best nails infront of alpha mcdonalds. They get me in there and out in like 45 mins to an hour depending on how many customers they have. Plus the lady does an amazing job and is super nice!

I went there and got my nails done last week and they fell off the next day and cracked. I went back in and they told me that my nails broke because my fingers are not used to acylics( that is bull shit.. So i ask to see their license but only a few had theirs. They have people that work there and putting on nails with no license. Guess i will be contacting the boards of cosmetology. People it is very important for these professionals to have there real license ready to perform the work for a profit. I will telling my girlfriends and co-workers to bring there business elsewhere where the have licenses and pay taxes. I hope everyone can pitch in and help me fix this problem....

Oh My gosh Teresa They gave me the same problem and all jordan talks about is smoking weed and doing drugs. They better fix my nails for free when i get back in there which i probably wont. I am with you on contacting the boards of cosmetology and getting all their licences resolved. were all paying taxes and I think they should as well. The little guy that did mine was very rough on my nails and made me bleed, He went to close to the cuticles. Where are u from? we should really get together and talk about contacting the boards. I just think it is unfair for the tax payers. where is a good salon to go to?
