What happened to Angelos on the hill? Why is it closed?

Maybe it closed down like a lot of the other eatery businesses?:shrugs:

To me, if one really wasn't looking for it you really wouldn't know it was even there.

An employee told me that the Baneberry and The Point locations are doing so well that they didn't really want to focus on the Morristown location right now. In my opinion it got kind of skanky before it closed anyway. But it was nice to be able to have a liquor drink or glass of wine in Morristown.

Darn! I guess my life time membership is void. Shout out to all the people from the late 80's early 90's. Friday nights rocked.

I heard that too many renovations and updates are necessary for it to pass any kind of inspection.

From talking to Tommy I don't think they will re open in Morristown. If they did I would find a place besides the the old location. I don't think it was very visible.

Angelos in Morristown has re-opened, and as a very frequent customer, as well as an employee and family friend of both Tommy and Dino, I am qualified to let you know that all of the "renovations" have been made to produce a much "less-skanky" atmosphere and pass all inspections. The Angelos are wonderful and the food is amazing. I mean, If you're coming for a great dinner, by all means, bring the family! If you're coming to visit or to have a Big Ole' liquor drink.....LEAVE THE KIDS BEHIND!!! Come check us out. And all of you are right: The visibility is horrible and the marketing director needs a little help, hey, we're workin' on it.....Thanks

Where are we going to dance now? I mean, I'm all for de-skanking, well not whole-heartedly, but the new vibe is dry & stale. Shake it up & drop it like it's hot, folks!
