Ok, so it all started when i didn't pay my traffic tickets & did not appear for my court date so i had a warrant for Failure to Appear. I got pulled over again so they took me to jail, i bonded out within 2 hours. Then i showed up to court for my for the FTA, i was given a couple options, 1] 10 days in jail. 2] 50 hours community service & probation. Of course i took option 2. Well now, like an idiot i didn't meet with my probation officer or do the community service so they hit me with another warrant for violation of probation. They came and picked me up at home a couple nights ago, i spent 8 hours in jail before bonding out. Now i have to go back to court for the Violation of Probation. Does anyone know what kind of consequences i might face? i will be going in front of Joyce Ward.

You'll pull those 10 days now and maybe a couple more. Too bad you're not Mexican, you'd have never even been taken to jail the first time.

From what I've seen (because my brother is in and out of judge Wards courtroom) if u talk to the public defender u will more than likely get more probation. It's all a money game and with the jail being as over crowded as it is now they will be happy to give u more probation. Hope that helps :)

Just make sure you see your PO and pay your fines. You can only get so many probations before the judge finally gives up. So becareful. Good luck :)

You seem to have a problem with remembering certain dates. The judge may very well help you out with that, lol.

I think it is mandatory 5 years now. Plus 4 years probation.
