Number 1 not everyone who has got addicted is a pill head junkie. To stop this problem, we must first look at the local doctors in town who start patients out on hydrocodone, for pain.after continue use for 30 days you are addicted, does the doc tell or inform there patients no,not all of them.this is a desease, that mentally handicaps the individual.once your own pills it takes over your life getting off them is the hardest thing you will ever do,is it possible yes.depending on the persons wil power.pills mess up the brain receptors in a persons head ,when u stop taking the pills your receptors still receive the message you have pain.its a healing process every one of these people busted will need some kind of treatment program to get well.hello tax payer dollars.or possibly they could have a heart attack and die, this is a serious issue were facing morristown needs educated.not all people are bad some yes .some people actually hold jobs and want a better life.

I agree with you. Coming off pills is a process but staying off them requires some inner healing. Most of the people in this town who are addicted to pills were not bad people before they got hooked, but the pull of these things is so extreme it makes them do things they normally wouldn't do and all in the name of getting another pill so they won't be sick.
If anyone on this site has never known anyone who has been or is addicted then consider yourself very blessed. Stop downing the people who are dealing with it daily.
Doctors have NO business prescribing high powered pills to people who are not dying of cancer or have some other terminal illness. I think doctors are pressured by the pharmaceutical companies to 'peddle' their products and they need to stop being led astray by these people.
Arresting the smaller dealers and such is okay, but law enforcement need to get the biggies who come from the other states or wherever they come from with the promise of 'easy, fast' money. There's no such thing as making easy money by selling drugs. Get a job and work for your money and stop being part of the problem.

I'm not against tents or chain gangs. I think if a person has to go to jail it should be some place they never want to return to. We make it too easy on them. How many tax dollars could we save by cutting out TV's? They're not in there for a vacation. Sorry, but that's the way I believe.

If you don't want to end up in a tent...don't break the law, and if you're on pills and break the law, why not house them in tents and instead of TV they have some kind of program to heal them from their addiction?

Only one of the names in this bust had a job and it was at a pain clinic. Joanna. Do you think all of them could have a heart attack and die? This would save us alot of time and money taking them to court and stop 60 of them from dealing more drugs and getting more people hooked on them. I will pray this happens!

The throat she was talking about is in reference to a friggin tv show , Sons of Anarchy ! I dont know her but as soon as I read that I knew what she was talking about . Stop trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill . As for her kids , I pray like hell they dont end up in the system . Shame on you for wishing that on those kids , because regardless of what type of person she is , thats still their Mother and they love her .

Judging from your post you seem to have a some kind of personal vendetta against her . Whatever it is , you need to let it go and get on with your life . Each and ever one of us answers for the choices we have made . Saturday was Joanna's day to answer along with 59 other people..... I do hope when you have to answer for your wrong doings its posted so others can sensationalize all you have posted online .

First of all I never , not once , condoned anyone dealing drugs . I said stop sensationalizing her post from facebook that was said in reference to a frigging tv show . As for her EX husband , I do believe he answered for his choices and is now serving his time. And just who are you talking about becoming a serial killer ? Their children ? If so , that tells me those kids will never have a chance in life if they stay in Morristown. You and I'm sure many many more like you will always judge them for their parents bad choices . AND thats ONE of MANY things thats wrong with the world . I do not condone drugs , or cutting of hands or slicing ones throat , nor do I condone someone taking another persons FB post out of context and trying to sensationalize it ,which you did and you continue doing so. Joanna and the other 59 people are answering for their bad choices , like I said , we all will sooner or later. Just because you dont deal or take drugs , does not excempt you from that. Everything you say and/or do comes back to you in one form or another. So all that hate and judgement you seem to have inside of you , guess what......its going to come back to you , you reap what you sow.

Hell, everyone knows this town has went to hell.. its a multitude of drugs here.. not just pills.. its everything, everywhere... If u want it, u will find it... This whole drug sh*t is bigger than anyone could ever imagine.. the police have been battling drugs for a long time , not just in our county... But I agree, it is a hellhole here... But, in my opinion, what these drugs do to this town isn't gonna end because there are too many important people making $ off all of the drugs... The doctors and pharmacies make the $ for 'giving' the pills out like skittles to kindergarteners... The dealers make the $ off the junkies.. pawn shops make $ off the junkies thieving.. Then, the government starts in making it when everything goes down.. police keep their job security because of it, judges keep their dockets full, lawyers keep their pockets full.. once the dealers or users are in custody, the state makes $ for housing inmates, then when released, the probation office makes it, also paying off fines... But omg, if u have ever once made a mistake in this d*mn town, no one wants to help u.. U can't get around it.. U can't find a job... Take care of your children.. so what do most do?? What they know works to survive.. Even if u do try to get it life on track, the system is so screwed that its just a revolving door... It's a trap.. a big a**$ trap... Like I said, in my opinion, its not going to get better anytime soon.. Too many people are making $ and lining their pockets off of all this chaos and tragedy here... Y would they want it to stop.. y do u think they keep letting these doctors move here?? Just sayin my opinion..
Is so easy on some people to sit and judge isnt it... Oh, I'm sorry, I guess u have no flaws, never sinned... Pssshhht - liar.... So before you condemn someone else for their sins, sit back and make sure ur closet is fkn clean..

If the enforcement of the laws does not change behavior, maybe public humiliation will make a difference. If you see any of their parents, thanks them for raising the trash that is destroying the town.
Lets also not forget the Doctors who are doing their part. Who are the Doctors who are quickest to keep the pipeline filled? THey should certainly get the fame they deserve.

I know a LOT of parents and grandparents who have people addicted to drugs and they weren't raised that way. According to your post, blame it on the famiy and as many of them as there are in Morristown that would include most of the families here.
It's time to clean it up before people ARE raising their kids to be addicts. Look at the people addicted today; they are having babies addicted, they are leaving their kids so they can live in their drug haze and they don't care because the DRUG makes them not care.
Look at Morristown: where are the good jobs....the jobs where people can actually LIVE off of? My idea of a good life is a nice home, nice vehicles (at least 2) and the ability to go on good vacations, shop when I want and be happy.
Where can you work these days where you can do all that? It takes 2 incomes to get to that place, but companies want to employ temps so they don't have to pay insurance. The temp agencies are making all the money that should be going into the pockets of the workers.
This doesn't make a drug problem, but it doesn't things better as far as having a life goes.
Do you really believe people addicted to drugs could care less if their names are in the newspaper? Do you really think their families would allow them to stay addicted if they could make them stop?
