POWERHOUSE!Power house is the best place to go because he acutally teaches you how to do than having someone tell you that you can do it when you cant and then have an injury.I am only twelve years and i have went to both.i learned everthing from janas at powerhouse in one day then in one year at janas.tony has you when jana on watches.and guess what i have only been to power hosue for two days and have more improvements than about three years.i have nothing against her but tony is the best and he is frekin awesome.
judgin by the sound it might be school girl crush. jana is awesome just overwhelmed maybe.

We left Jana's a few years ago because Jana doesn't actually teach most of the classes and isnt't even there most of the time. She had a few young girls "teaching" (and I use the term loosely!) that could not control the class and didn't know how to actually teach proper skills. The classes were too big for much actual instruction anyway. It was mostly standing in line and waiting.

My daughter goes there and adores her! So do I .. Jana is very sweet and encouraging. My daughter has learned more and accomplished more in there in a third the time of other places. We have been to W.O.W.... was not happy there at all and moved from there and checked out powerhouse, tony acted as though he could care less to get our business or not. Then I happed upon Janas, and have been thrilled ever since.

Tony doesn't just "spot" you. He is more technical than Jana. He tells you exactly what you need to do to get the pass correct - not just landed, BUT CORRECTLY done. They are both great. They are both positive. I have seen them both teach for years.......
i completly agree with you and i like janas but tony if a gymnastics coach while jana is was a UT cheerleader who teaches

Tammy Plasencia is a very poor excuse of a human being. I am very close to the "situation" that is currently happening with her kids and ex-husband and have actually seen how she mistreats her kids physically and mentally...and it continues to this day. She really shouldn't be allowed to be around kids much less her own who have gone through so much.

Been to both and recently moved to Jefferson City Community Center to attend JAGS. Great for gymnastics and they have a cheer team too. Cheaper than Morristown so it helps off set any gas cost. Andra and her staff are great. They have a huge facility with losts of help. They only let you watch once a month though. It is probably best for the kids to stay focused instead of waving or running to mom. Great program and you could walk on the track above while they do their thing.

Jana's facility is so low end. I wouldn't even let my kids use the restroom there. It is old and not taken care of. Tony's is better is staying in Morristown, but try JAGS.

I've been hearing some disturbing things about the dance teacher at rose center. Does anyone know of any reasons I shouldn't take my children there?

My daughter takes from Jana and she loves it she can tumble on a gym floor because she wants to tumble for her school this is important. She is currently working on her layout and she is only 8. She also does all of her tumbling correctly. She actually started at east tennessee gymnastics at Jefferson City. We left because she was held back from doing her backtuck because of her age. At Janas she done her tuck during the second class. Jana is a awesome coach and a great gymnast.

Thanks Ms. Perry. I will look into Jana's class. I haven't seen anything to be concerned about with her.

I competed with the jaguars all stars for 2 years. We seen powerhouse at jamfest. Where is the power. They need a professional cheer coach. Choreography was not good jaguars is awesome. I also take Janas gymnastics the best coach by far who cares about how old the building is, I am only 8 years old and I can do my frontwalkover roundoff backhandspring tuck. I dont need a spring floor to do it. Jana is a awsome gymnast.

Jana is an awesome instructor. I took for her lessons from her for years. I also took from Tony and didn't do as well with him. He was always really rude & very intimidating. Jana is the best choice by far!

Where is 423 located? What kind of fees are involved? I was always in pretty good shape and strong but the last few years I've become sort of tubby and I want to be solid again. Tell me something.

423 is located next to Tony's facility in Morristown TN. It looks like a great place. On AJ highway, behind the food city. Take the stop light by the Taco Bell, and follow that road. It's right back there. I don't know about the fees or anything though.
