I and several of my friends ate at O'Charleys the other day and had HORRIBLE service. When I complained to the manager (the bald headed guy), He was very rude and sided with the waitress. I and the other people in the party were pretty mad. I've told the details of the incident to several people I know and everybody I've talked to has had similar complaints. Here are some of them:
One lady I know called in to place an order and the guy from O'Charley laughed at her and told her were she could put her order. When she called back and asked to speak to a manger he dismissed the incident and said that the "boys in the back are having a good time. I'll talk to them."
A friend of mine found a dead fly in her salad.
Another friend said that her wait or was nowhere to be seen for half an hour and she finally had to pay another server. When she left her waiter was out back smoking a cigarette.
Someone else told me that her little girl was in the bathroom with her big sister and was unable to grab hold of the new toilet paper roll and shredded some in the floor trying to get a grip on it. The waitress from the bar happened to be in the bathroom and scolded both of them and then proceeded to the table to announce to the parents, and the other 15 people in the party that the little girl made a mess and somebody needed to go clean it up. When this was reported to the bald headed manager, he was rude and embarrassed the mother instead of admitting the waitress did wrong.
My cousins little girl was washing her hands in the sink and couldn't reach the paper towel dispenser and in the process got the mirror wet and was scolded by the hostess (the one that looks like a drownded cat).
What is wrong with this guy? I've also heard there are a bunch of homosexuals working there. There are some good employees there. Like this one waitress who always stops at the table to say hi even when she in not waiting on us. When she is waiting on us, she always knows what we want to drink and stuff like that. Has anybody else had similar experiences there? I think this is a managment problem. What has happened to the concept of customer service?

Lol new look and same shoddy service. It doesnt and shouldnt alarm any of you that the service will never improve. I went there once with a group from work for lunch and was never even asked for my drink order. the idiot that was acting as a waitress never bothered to take my order as i sat holding a menu. The others enjoyed the meal and i enjoyed my rolls and free water. The idiot acting as a waitress never noticed the error until she was giving out checks and all of a sudden she gave me the oh sh*t look cause she knew she then had missed her tip.
I have a tip for anyone walking in the door. Look around. everyone runs like its a fire drill yet they get nothing done.(maybe a form of entertainment)also look at the quality of the management group. Baldy needs to get back on his shrimp boat and the waitresses need to slow down and actually listen when someone places an order.
Have a great GRAND OPENING mold charleys

I have had similar experiences at O'Charleys. Everytime I order a steak medium well they send it to me very well done. When your paying $20 for the steak,$3 for the side salad,$2.99 for the tea,10% tax and on top of that, 10-20% tip.......... you expect it to be right. Finally, I complained once and baldy came out to see what was wrong. He was very cold and unfriendly. The lady I was eating with saw him go back to the kitchen rolling his eyes and mocking the way I looked!!!!!!!!!! I was so mad and thought about calling corporate headquarters but didn't want to waste my time.

This is reference to the post by "moose". What exactly does "several homo-sexuals working at O'Charleys" have to do with your service? I'm not quite following you on that one. Oh and if you are going to post something negative, try not to personally attack people.(references to "bald guy" and the poor girl you refered to as a "drowned cat") What exactly did she do wrong to you? That just make you sound ignorant and negates what you have to say to others!

Sounds like homosexuals scare you a little. I would suggest that you never go to Disney World because a large number of their employees are gay.

No, I do not know how to spell. That is why I work at a restaurant. I do not have time for you or my customers. Ruby Tuesday's fired me. Now, I serve yeast rolls to the west end of town.
Be careful baldy

What is wrong with saying "bald guy"? Are you saying he should be offended because he is bald? It’s a fact, that man has no hair. Is there a more politically correct way to describe someone who is bald? Maybe moose should have said the manager that is comb-free, folically independent or follicularly challenged. You sound ignorant yourself when you pick out a factual descriptor and totally ignore the topic of the post. Oh, I'm sorry I should not say you sound ignorant, I guess you are factually unencumbered, knowledge-based nonpossessor, or intellectually challenged. Oh, and the homophobic comment; we all know that certain sexual practices and certain drug use behaviors can put you at risk for catching the virus that causes AIDS. Do you really want the guy making your salad to cut a tomato and bleed on your food exposing you to a disease? Anyone could have AIDS but the biggest majority of people is the US with the disease are homosexuals. It makes me sick when people totally ignore facts to push their un-educated views or personal agendas on other pepole. And all Ms. Jane Doe wants to do is be politically correct instead of factual. The topic here is poor service. I don't think the original poster took the opportunity to bash someone’s appearance or lifestyle choices. I think anybody you talk to here in Morristown has had poor service and food quality at O'Charleys. I know my family and I have had several bad experiences.

Yea but the sad thing is...these beauties would make Ray Charles flinch. The Mouse's Ear may be skank central...but they aren't that skanky.
